How To Care For Me

All our products are washable. We suggest hand washing gently and air drying for a long lasting lifespan.

Each bear is handcrafted with utmost precision, mirroring the passionate vision of its founder, Barbara Bukowski, who drew inspiration from her childhood experiences and the desire to create timeless companions for every generation. 

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.  Orders are not shipped on Sundays or holidays.  Shipping cost is a flat fee of $10 for all orders under $200.  All orders above $200, excluding taxes and discounts, ships free.  At checkout, it’s possible to choose signature delivery for an additional fee.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by an additional 1-3 business days.  We will notify the customer in the case of any unusual significant delays in delivery.

We currently do not ship outside of the U.S. or to Alaska and Hawaii.
