RETURN POLICY

Online Return Policy

Kingfisher Road has a 14 day satisfaction guarantee.  We hope you love your items, but if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us to initiate a return or exchange.  Items may be returned in store or by mail within 14 days from date of delivery for an exchange or store credit.  We do not offer refunds.

 

To return items:

Please ship your item to the address below, ensuring that your items are in its original packaging with tags attached. It must be mailed within 14 days of delivery to be eligible for return. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us, and we recommend using a shipping method with tracking for your return.

Please return to the address below and include a copy of your invoice.  If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or color, please list it on the invoice.  If you do not claim what you would like to exchange your item(s) for, we will return your items and place a store credit in your account.  The store credit will not expire and can be used on any future purchase.

Please bring your items and invoice to our store front and a member of our team will return or exchange your item(s) for you.

Please note that it is up to Kingfisher Road’s discretion to refuse a return or exchange due to abuses of our return policy, including but not limited to:

  • Abnormal wear and tear
  • Makeup or deodorant stains
  • Any item not in its original condition, missing tags or packaging
  • Items returned more than 14 days from delivery

 

Sale items - Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges - To exchange an item please email Kelly@Kingfisherroad.com or click on “Contact Us.”  You may also call our store at 818-887-1687.  From there we can check if we have the item available for exchange.  For the first exchange, Kingfisher Road will cover the cost of re-shipping the exchanged item to you.  Additional exchanges will be subject to a shipping charge of $7.  Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the items back to us.

Shipping - You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We suggest you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Kingfisher Road is not liable for items lost in the mail and cannot return an item if it is not returned to us.

Damages - We do our best to ensure all merchandise is in perfect condition before it leaves our store.  If for some reason you receive an item with a manufacturer defect (such a torn seam or hole) please contact us immediately.  We will review each damage on a case by case basis but cannot guarantee refund.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

Kingfisher Road is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
