Petra (Petee) Paredez shares her personal repertoire of impeccable baking techniques that have made her pie shops, Petee's Pie Company and Petee's Café, New York darlings. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.  Orders are not shipped on Sundays or holidays.  Shipping cost is a flat fee of $10 for all orders under $200.  All orders above $200, excluding taxes and discounts, ships free.  At checkout, it’s possible to choose signature delivery for an additional fee.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by an additional 1-3 business days.  We will notify the customer in the case of any unusual significant delays in delivery.

We currently do not ship outside of the U.S. or to Alaska and Hawaii.
