Into every life some rain must fall. Nobody is fine all the time, and if you're feeling down or struggling with serious problems, you're not alone. This clear and comforting guide is here to help you understand the mental health issues that can affect us all, and to help you look after your mind, body and soul. Touching on a range of topics, including anxiety, depression, loneliness, stress and self-esteem, this is a book for anyone and everyone who needs good advice, fresh ideas and kind words.

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.  Orders are not shipped on Sundays or holidays.  Shipping cost is a flat fee of $10 for all orders under $200.  All orders above $200, excluding taxes and discounts, ships free.  At checkout, it’s possible to choose signature delivery for an additional fee.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by an additional 1-3 business days.  We will notify the customer in the case of any unusual significant delays in delivery.

We currently do not ship outside of the U.S. or to Alaska and Hawaii.
