All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Kingfisher Road has a 14 day satisfaction guarantee. We hope you love your items, but if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us to initiate a return or exchange. Items may be returned in store or by mail within 14 days from date of delivery for an exchange or store credit. We do not offer refunds.
