How to use:

• Place the diffuser on flat, oil-resistant surface.
• Place funnel over the top opening of the glass vessel.
• Carefully pour all fragrance oil into the glass bottle.
• Insert bundle of reeds into fragrance oil.
• Recyclable glass

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.  Orders are not shipped on Sundays or holidays.  Shipping cost is a flat fee of $10 for all orders under $200.  All orders above $200, excluding taxes and discounts, ships free.  At checkout, it’s possible to choose signature delivery for an additional fee.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by an additional 1-3 business days.  We will notify the customer in the case of any unusual significant delays in delivery.

We currently do not ship outside of the U.S. or to Alaska and Hawaii.
