Care:

Each handmade piece is meticulously beaded, braided, and strung by our skilled artisans in Thailand.

For pull bracelets and necklaces, although the items are braided for strength, please be careful when using the pull closure. Pulling on them abruptly could damage the braid over time or quickly snag at a pull.

Some of our handmade bracelets have glass ornamentation. To clean the colored glass on your jewelry, use a damp cloth and gently wipe away debris or dirt. Water is sufficient to clean the glass; solvents may cause damage.

 All TAI jewelry pieces are individually handmade, meticulously beaded, braided, and strung by our skilled artisans in Thailand. 

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.  Orders are not shipped on Sundays or holidays.  Shipping cost is a flat fee of $10 for all orders under $200.  All orders above $200, excluding taxes and discounts, ships free.  At checkout, it’s possible to choose signature delivery for an additional fee.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by an additional 1-3 business days.  We will notify the customer in the case of any unusual significant delays in delivery.

We currently do not ship outside of the U.S. or to Alaska and Hawaii.
